CHILDREN & FAMILIES
All children ages birth-5th grade are welcome to join us as we grow together each week! Plymouth Kids meets every Sunday at 11:15 AM for Sunday School, and is committed to helping your child develop a faith they don't have to heal from later. Whether it's going to the zoo, roller-skating, or having an outdoor movie night in our garden, Plymouth Kids has a host of fun events each month to promote community, spirituality, and friendship!
For more info about Plymouth Kids programming, contact Morgan Proffitt-Davis.
Sunday School
Kids here at Plymouth start out in worship with their families - feel free to grab a toy, some crayons, or a book! After the children's sermon, all kids birth-5th grade are invited to the 4th floor for Sunday School around 11:20 AM. Pick up is after service, typically around noon.
Parent Workshop: The Words That Shape Our Kids | May 6, 6-7:30 PM | Reception Room
Recent research reveals that words aren’t just tools for communicating with others, they’re also tools for regulating and positively navigating our interior worlds. This truth carries profound implications for the way that parents and teachers talk to kids, especially as anxiety rates and perfectionist tendencies soar. Join Lily Howard Scott in a workshop about language that can positively transform how children perceive themselves and navigate challenges. Lily Howard Scott (MSEd) supports teachers and school leaders around the country with literacy learning and social and emotional learning (SEL). She is the author of The Words That Shape Us (Scholastic, 2025).
VACATION BIBLE CAMP 2025
Volunteers Needed for VBC!
Vacation Bible Camp this year is on June 29-July 2. This is the best week of the year for Plymouth Kids, and all of us on staff are so looking forward to it. However, in order for VBC to be a success for our children, we will need YOUR help! This year's VBC is in the afternoon to allow the people of Plymouth to be able to participate after work without having to take the week off.
