YANKEE FAIR 2025

Come one, come all! Plymouth's Yankee Fair is coming Saturday, November 8, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This community event—held every other year—brings the Brooklyn Heights community together with fun events for all ages!

Spanning the entire Plymouth campus and Orange St., you may enjoy children's activities; shop for treasures, trinkets, books, culinary delights, handcrafted gifts; and spend the day among your Brooklyn community of friends and friends-to-be.

Ticket sales will be available six weeks before the event—stay tuned!

The amazing-ness of Yankee Fair is only possible with the help of volunteers. Would you care to lend a helping hand at one of our stations? Please click below to volunteer at Yankee Fair.

Calling All Bakers/Frozen Food Makers and Genuine Pot Stirrers!

We need you to make, bake and donate your favorite sweets and savories to sell at the Brooklyn Loaves + Dishes booth. Sign up to bring us cakes and pies, breads, jams and relishes, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, fudge, crackers, granola, cornbread and other treats---raid your recipe box!. We will provide pie boxes and some containers and labels at coffee hour or at the church office on weekdays in the two weeks in advance of Yankee Fair. You may also use clear baggies. Please bring all items individually packaged and labeled or in a batch and we will sell individually. Please label with any allergens. Drop off donations on Friday, November 7 or before 10:00 AM on the day of the Fair.

We also need several cooks to make quantities of FROZEN FOODS: 8- 10 containers each of the same soups, stews, tomato sauce and similar toppings, frozen meals like pot pie, pulled pork, enchiladas or similar dishes. Make in quantity and delivered to the freezer in Hillis Hall starting on October 8. Very popular and good revenue producers. Please email booth Chair Caroline Koster to discuss your proposed offering and avoid duplication. Expected sizes are quart containers for soups and stews, pints for tomato or other pasta sauce and 38 oz reheatable containers of dinner entrees. We will provide the containers to you at coffee hour or the church office starting October 8.

On fair day, we need sellers and baristas!
